Minimum billing of ₹50,000 per district is required for a franchise. We will provide a working bag/visual aid (or online visual aid through the app), along with small gift articles such as pens, pads, etc., if the billing of ₹50,000 (first billing for one district) is fulfilled. Otherwise, every promotion will be on a paid basis.
New products must be billed to every party. If any product is not sold within 3 months, the unsold stock may be returned to us (first billing of new products only).
If any infiltration into another territory is found, billing will be stopped immediately, and legal action along with a heavy penalty will be imposed.
In case of any disputes, jurisdiction will lie with the Derabassi Court.
